Great video. So good to be able to use the unwanted bits in the garden to make different wildlife habitats

I wish i could put some kind of camera inside it. I'll just have to be happy to know it's there and imagine. Mark

I’m in the process of building a wildlife pond and planting a wild flower meadow. I have lots of branches and logs and was unsure of how best to use them…not any more. Thank you, you’re video has inspired me to make both this and the log pile

I'll keep you updated on the wildlife which moves in. I have a wildlife camera and I'm going to build a hide in the corner. Watch this space and thank you for watching. Mark

Not deep enough by a long way. 60cm depth for hibernation - and no need for gravel as frogs burrow into the bare earth at the bottom of the hole. Loose subsoil to a couple of inches is fine.

ok thanks, I designed this after watching and reading much research from wildlife organisations, but it is nice to know that there are other methods.
