KenDBerryMD keto for almost 2 years. My BP is still high. Lately heart palpitations. Everything else has improved. I am normal weight 71 yr old woman. My stress and anxiety level is higher lately and I had surgery in September to repair broken arm. Doc found a slight heart murmur. I have not felt the same either physically or mentally since then. On a low dose BP med since then also. First meds since 2011. I also exercise and do weight machines. I’m kind of flummoxed. Heart murmur causing thisBP issue? The doc kind of scared me and I am anxious about the heart thing. I am getting a stress test in 2 weeks. And a check up. I doubt she will like my cholesterol score so more scaring by doc. 🙄

i switched to keto and my blood pressure went up ten points on both numbers. it scared me. is that even normal? i have heard the diet was good for blood pressure and nothing about it doing this. i finally gave it up when i got out of the bathtub and my blood pressure was so high i could hear my heart beat in my head and i had to lay down for a bit since i felt like i was going to stroke out.

Missy Laneous I had that reaction when I tried a detox vegan diet. We’re not all wired the same. I’m six or seven months into keto. I lost 35 pounds. I’m 2 months into going to the gym. My blood pressure is all over the place. I fired my doc over insisting I take bp med and statin. My BP is always high in a doctor’s office!

One of the main objections against a Low Carb High Fat diet (LCHF) is that "we don't know how dangerous it will be to consume all that saturated fat and salt in the long run ". Well, I have been on it for more than 9 years by now, and I still enjoy all the favors of this diet, with no side effects whatsoever (except possibly the abundant peeing :) ). As early as a month after I started eating this way, my blood pressure had gone from 140/90 (with pills) to 120/80 (without pills- I simply had to stop taking them since I almost fainted when walking up stairs or uphill). Now it is typically 110/70, and I am 78 years old. I experienced many other benefits from the diet change too. My knee arthritis stopped bothering me long ago- no more pain, and greater flexibility in all joints. Warts disappeared gradually, and no new ones have ever come to visit. My gut is functioning like clockwork, and it is 100% wind free- hallelujah. I need two hours less sleep each night, without force, and I have much more energy than can be expected from someone my age. How can anyone NOT eat this way? It is never too late to start!

@@MsTony1402 You should get a different doctor. You should be able to cut your metphormin in 1/2 for a couple days and see how your bg is. If still good go off for a few days and see how it goes. Metphormin often doesn't help the bg that much, so if you are consistent on the keto diet you should be fine. Just be sure you continue checking your BG and A1C.

I've been on a ketogenic diet for about 14 months. I found notes on my experience at the 12 week milestone. I originally started the keto diet so I could lose weight and hopefully reduce my blood pressure. My blood pressure was under control with medication. Without medication, it would run 150+/95+ . As a truck driver, diet and exercise are extremely challenging. So I started the diet to lose weight and lower my blood pressure but I experienced so many other benefits. I'm still in disbelief that I experienced so many other benefits. I started noticing changes within the first week. Here is what I experienced: 1 week - some weight loss 2 weeks - more weight loss - less cravings - less snacking 3 weeks - significantly reduced blood pressure so with my doctor's guidance, I reduced my medication - reduced appetite - reduced fatigue and I didn't need a midday power nap 4 weeks - no more joint pain which I took as being normal for my age but now it's gone - eliminated back pain - blood pressure normal so I discontinued all my BP meds - weight loss continues 5 weeks - appetite is reduced so I only eat one to two small meals a day and I'm not hungry - these weird skin tags are literally falling of my body - I wake up feeling much more rested and it seems I'm refreshed with less sleep. It's so easy to continue this diet because it almost immediately controls your appetite and cravings. Other diets leave you hungry and you will continue to crave. Just a little over a year and my wife and I feel amazing. My blood pressure remains normal at around 125/83 without any medication.

I wonder that as well. I have lost weight eating low carb. I have lost weight eating high carb. I have lost weight eating moderate carb. What I have found is it was all about calories and exercise. Now if you have certain issues already then I can see where it may be beneficial to adopt a certain diet but I have recently for the first time switched to a higher carb but all whole grain type carbs and lean meats and tons of veggies and have lost 40lbs in just a few months and blood pressure dropped from about 130/78 to 110/61. I have been strict carnivore since February 2, 2020. When I started I was on 3 bp meds, clonadine, amlodapine, and lasciniprel. Within 3 months of starting carnivore I had weaned myself off all three meds. My BP averages 130/70. I manages my BP with 500mg to 700mg of B3 taken in 3 to 4 hour intervals throughout the day and 25mg of hemp oil, 100mg of L-theanine, and 1200mg of magnesium taken about 2 hours before bedtime. I also stay well hydrated and walk at least a mile every day in addition to normal activity. All of these contribute to maintaining a normal bp. I will be 80 years old in December. I have healed from many health issues since going zero carb. I do not take any prescription medications.

3 years ago I went to my Doctor to request a 3 month supply of my Blood Pressure medication because I was going travelling to SE Asia. I was told that this was not possible and the maximum permitted was 1 month. This turned out to be the best thing that has ever happened to me because I realised that I could no longer rely on Doctors to keep me healthy and I needed to take responsibility for my own health. I had one month to do it. I started to research how to lower BP. I came across Dr Ken Berry on KZitem and he had some videos on BP. I listened, I acted and lo and behold it worked. My BP slowly came down week by week until it was normal at 120/70, where it has remained to this day. Into the bargain I lost 3 1/2 Stones in Bodyweight and my recurring heartburn disappeared. I am now 60 years old and feel 20 years younger. This has all come about from changing my lifestyle to a low carb Keto diet with periods of intermittent fasting. It’s not difficult.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in October 2018. My pressure was 160/100 or 160/110. I started taking a water pill which I know can hurt your kidneys. After I saw the results of a friend on Keto my husband & I decided to start Keto the first week of May 2019. By the end of May I had lost 15-16 pounds. My pressure was under 120/80. A few days before my next appointment on 6/3 I ran out of the water pill. The doctor told me to try going on without the pill for two weeks and see if the pressure remains normal. I have been off the water pill for eight months.I eat as much salt as I want. Pressure still under 120/80. I have lost 26 more pounds since then.

My blood pressure was slowly creeping up, and about the time I reached 150/90, I was getting a talking to every appointment. Not liking the sound of the side effects, I refused meds every time. Instead, I read every article I could find on lowering it nutritionally. I dropped it to 145/88 temporarily, but soon it was up further at 155/95. Today, I've gone nearly two years eating hamburger (no bun), hot dogs (no bun), bacon, salami, sausage, and steak, with a little veg or dark chocolate occasionally. At my last appointment, I circled hypertension on the history chart, and the nurse said, "Really? You had high blood pressure? I can't even tell! It's 120/80 right now!"

I am 70 years old, and my blood pressure averaged about 145/90. On March 1, 2023 I started Keto after thankfully finding Dr. Ken Berry on KZitem. I started tracking my blood pressure 3 1/2 months later, and it now averages from about 104/70 to 109/75. Plus my glucose level is level is no longer pre-diabetic. My additional goal is to help my memory. (I was on 2 different statins over a 2 year period and could not believe how my memory started to be upsetting at times. This is yet another improvement, and I'm hoping that the improvement will continue getting even better.) The added benefit (which was not my original goal like the cholesterol and glucose levels) is that I have dropped from 156 lbs down to 131. I LOVED all carbs and am the last person who I thought could ever give all that up. But after my first week or 2, I have been totally committed - and I am not hungry. Thank you so much, Dr. Berry! I think I have watched every one of your videos which has changed my outlook on life because I feel so much better.

So even before watching this video, I found out I was well within Stroke levels with my blood pressure. At the age of 37! I was also 265 lbs (according to my scale.) Between intermittent fasting (16 to 20 hours without food), changing my diet to be more Keto-like (I did not make it a goal to adhere to it strictly but I have been naturally leaning that way with diet changes), and just doing 5k steps even just every few days (it was harder to do it daily in the winter), and taking only 20mg of Lisinopril, I have lost just over 37lbs between December and today (March 30th.) Where once I could barely stand up without feeling excruciating pain in my feet, muscle spasms, fatigue, and couldn't even sleep in a bed (I had to sleep in a hammock), now I can do fast-paced walking (practically a jog) for up to 8 minutes and still feel great. I can go up the stairs without feeling like I am going to pass out. I have a lot of improvement left to do, but I am super proud of how far I have gone. Seeing this video has really reinforced all of that. My BP is ranging within Hypertension Stg 1 levels. Still not where I want it to be, but definitely a vast improvement.

My dad had high blood pressure issues and I knew mine was creeping up as I got older, but I turned a blind eye to it 12/16/19 I bought a bluetooth blood pressure cuff and it said my blood pressure was 177/127, not stage 1, not stage 2, but hypertensive crisis. scared the crap out of me 12/19/19 I began watching your videos and watched all of the ones on keto and began keto that day Just like you said, weight loss was rapid at the start. For me, 5 lbs in the first 3 days. This is the most painless diet I've been on. I'm satiated for a long period of time and eating a big plate of bacon, eggs and kale or asparagus seasoned with salt is not torture by any means, nor was the almost 12oz ribeye I grilled for dinner tonight. I don't have those horrible hunger pains from other diets. My blood pressure was coming down slowly, but seemed to plateau 1/2/20 I heard you say that intermittent fasting combined with keto increased weight loss and encouraged autophagy I liked the sound of that and was still scared by my BP, so I gave it a try. Immediately starting the 6 hour feeding window. Today, about a month and a half later, 1/31/20, I've lost 25 lbs, gained muscle from the long walks (from 2.2 miles to now 8.7 miles when I have the time. My energy and endurance now exceed my patience for walking, so I think I'll begin running soon.) I suggest you take cardio lightly until about 6 weeks in. I helped someone move 2 weeks in and overdid it with my newfound energy. My cardiovascular system hadn't adjusted yet, and my heart began to race during very heavy lifting. I run uphill on my walks now and am not out of breath anymore let alone gasping like I used to. My skin is tightening as I'm losing weight, which I believe is the autophagy you spoke of. I'm going to get my body fat percentage tested to find out how much more I need to lose, but I think it's probably another 22lbs and I know I'll reach it this time and be able to stay healthy. My BP is in the low stage 2 / high stage 1 (130/81 just now), so I do want to lower it more. I think it's still coming down. Loosing 22 more lbs will surely help. With the convenience of the bluetooth BP cuff and the help of the app, I've now realized my stage 1 readings coincide with my weekends, go figure. I think a change of occupation may be next. Thank you Dr. Berry! My mom is now watching your videos and surprised me with some of the supplements you suggested yesterday. May God bless you and your family.

Just some advice from a non-doctor (take it for what it's worth), but there was a huge long-term study (may have been nurses in Sweden, or something like that), and they found certain traits for those who lived to be old - one of them was higher blood pressure, the people who made it well into old age ALL had higher blood pressure (they didn't give numbers though). My point being that your original numbers were damn scary (I agree!), but your 130/81, to me is just fine for the long term, and I doubt the medical community can make a case that your at any elevated risk with your new numbers. So, if it does go down further due to Keto, fine, but if it were me (and I wish were me), I'd lay off any pills at those new numbers.

I actually have never had BP issues until now. I have been doing pretty strict keto since June 2018, Lost over 70 pounds. In Nov 2019, to started EF 42x3. That’s when I noticed my BP was 192/120. I immediately quit the EF but went back to IF. Still BP is very high. Dr put me on hydrochlorothiazide 25mg-1 week ago. Still BP is very high and heart rate on Apple Watch is crazy high. Calling my doc back tomorrow, but in the mean time can someone give me some links to info about high BP being not so bad. TIA.

I have done keto off and on the last few years. It always makes me feel better. Holidays with my family tend to get me off track and back to foods that are bad for me. Comments that make me feel bad for not trying or eating something like stuffing or someone's pie get me off task. I always come back to keto when my doctor threatens me that I will have to take statins or cholesterol meds. I just tell him nope, I will eat better, and it always works and my numbers go back to in range. My dad was on 3 different cholesterol meds and blood pressure meds, and he died of a brain blood burst at 76 yrs old. When I saw what he was taking, I swore I would never take any of those meds. The sad part is I did daycare in my home and was required to take nutrition education every 6 months...and there were so many lies or bad information that we were given back in the late '80s and early '90s. Starving yourself on rabbit food is not living. My husband doesn't buy into the keto way of eating, but he has seen me lose weight and change my bloodwork numbers back to normal in less than 3 months' time. Thank you for all the info you are sharing to help people get healthy and not support the pharmaceutical companies.

I've been close to carnivore since last April. Very low carb most days. My BP did come down some, but it still stays just a little above the normal of 120/80. Also, my blood glucose is almost always above 100. Usually around 105-110. I'm a guy in my 50's and I lift weights 3 times/week. I did lose a little weight, but only around 10 lbs. I still have some flab on my gut. I switched to eating like this because T2D runs in my family and my sugar had been creeping up for a while. I'm hoping eventually my numbers will come down to normal.

Before going on Keto I had so many maladies I couldn't believe I wasn't already dead. One treatment I was going in for at least every other month was a Phlebotomy. They literally bled a unit of blood out of me in an effort to thin my blood. If you have ever given blood you know it should flow pretty steadily and not take all that long to fill the receptacle bag. Mine literally flowed like maple syrup. After being on Keto for about 3 months my doctor stopped the treatments taking a "lets see how this looks next time" approach. It has been almost 2 years since I have had to undergo a phlebotomy and my blood pressure is where it was when I was in my 20s (I am 50 now). Sadly a different doctor convinced me of the quick fix method of treatment rather than even considering nutrition before I heard of the Keto diet and nuked my thyroid so I will be on synthroid the rest of my life. But other than that I have pretty much reversed all other health issues I had.

Well I can attest to this. At age 14 I was diagnosed with hereditary hypertension. Since then I was on medication for hypertension. In the early 1990s, I started working out with weights and running and eating a low-fat diet with moderate carbohydrates and proteins. That’s what most people did back then. I thought by doing that I could lower my blood pressure. Even though during that time, I was in great shape, I was still not able to lower my pressure without medication. Fast forward to about two years ago, I started keto. Within two or three weeks of being on keto, I was able to stop all blood pressure medication. I just wish in the 1990s, I knew about keto. That’s my only regret with keto, is not starting sooner.

I went to the doctor for an unrelated matter. My blood pressure was up near 190/100, which earned me a good telling off. The medication reduced my BP a little but also gave me edema in my ankles. I did some research and switched to 10 mg lisinopril at night and 5 mg of amlodipine in the morning. (I can buy these over the counter in Thailand) I had very good control with average BP 125/75. I went on a Keto diet to lose a few KG and in 2 months lost about 6 kg. (I now weigh 72 kg and 1.73 m tall) I had to drop the amlodipine and reduce the lisinopril to 5 mg because my BP dropped alarmingly, sometimes to 100/65 . Salt has no effect, caffeine does. The only sweetener we use is Stevia with Erythritol or monk fruit. All the others artificial sweeteners like sweet n low, Splenda, malitol, etc. can spike your insulin as much as regular sugar. A study made by dr. Stephen Phinney showed that 5 grams of salt per day is the ideal amount. Less salt (4gr or less) will decrease life expectancy. More salt is better than too little salt. 6 to 8 grams is okay, but try to avoid consuming too much salt (7gr or more). I do not own a blood pressure tester yet, but as far as my diabetes is concerned, I can tell you that I went from 365 units of insuline injections per week (fast and slow ones) to almost nothing, about 10 to 14 units per day. I also no longer inject Levemir, a slow insuline, before bedtime. I follow the Keto diet very strictly. I have lost 5 kilograms in one month. And my body is getting more and more healthy every day. And.....surprise to everyone who is not familiar with Keto.... I consume more oil and fat than you ever thought would be healthy...!! One huge benefit: because I no longer inject insulin (only before dinner, after work) I can eat very little (fasting) during the day, WITHOUT having those nasty dips !! No more hypos, no more dizzyness or "the shakes" !!!

I currently fast 18 hours daily, plus a 3-5 day extended fast monthly. I am moving towards a carnivore way of eating. Today is my 6th day. With my lifestyle changes plus medication, my blood pressure got so low that as of Nov 2019 my daily readings were around 83/63. At that point I was FINALLY able to convince my doc to take me off medication. Before it got that low she kept insisting it was the medication that was regulating my BP, instead of my lifestyle changes. Now without medication, my daily readings are regularly between 113/72 - 126/75. I'm a bit annoyed when my BP is as "high" as 126/75 and that I haven't been able to get my diastolic more regularly under 75; but it beats the heck out of 180/90.

I, at this point decided it was time to break the carb/sugar addiction. I went home and began watching your videos and others and i began carnivore with organ meets/electrolytes. After five days of fasting almost 24 hours and lightly walking a couple of miles around the block, i began keto flu and my blood pressure reading is 122/80. I know this is a start and I am glad that your videos have inspired me to fight for life independency away from big pharma. Thanks for helping us.

Been doing some form of keto, lchf or carnivore for the last 3 years as a late 40 something male. Hormone levels have greatly improved as well as mood, energy and sleep. I've always been slender and able to eat whatever i wanted without gaining weight or elevating blood pressure or cholesterol too much(borderline). Once turning forty however, i started to get fatigued on regular basis, would catch whatever flu or cold was going around. No amount of sugar or caffeine would alleviate the chronic tiredness. Thank God for people like Dr. Berry who are getting the word out that there is hope for your health.

I'm 61 and spent the past 10 years on 5 or more medications that my family doctor prescribed. In June of 2019, I discovered the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. It literally has changed my life. I also researched each and every medication that I was taking and decided to stop taking them without consulting my so-called doctor. Hey guess what? I'm still living. I've lost 47 pounds and am the lightest I've been since I was 22 years old.

Blood pressure before I started keto was 165/110. I went keto in August 2018, by November 2018 blood pressure was 145/90. From November 2018 all through 2019 I was mostly carnivore. Blood pressure fell to 132/80. From 1 January 2020 I did strict meat + water only. While watching this video, checked blood pressure. 121/80.

My BP has always been 120/80 but I have always exercised 2 to 3 times a week. I went keto in late Dec. 2017 because I had reduced my exercise and gained 20 lbs. Interestingly my BP went up to 125/88 after doing keto for 4 months. After 8 months, I started bloating from the vegetables and started to get back pain probably from the oxalates in spinach. I started to reduce my greens and noticed that my bloating and back pain was going away. So on Jan. 01 2019 I did the world carnivore challenge for that month and felt even better than keto. When I had my yearly physical in that April, my BP had dropped to 100/67. My doc was like you must of started working out again. I said nope and told him about the "proper human diet" I was doing. lol So he ordered a bunch of lab work and everything was great. CRP was low, fasting insulin was low and as of today, I have been carnivore for 13 months and thriving. Excited to see how my labs turn out this year. I moved my physical to July to see if I could up my vitamin D levels any. It was above 30 but I would like above 65. FYI, I have been in ketosis since I started keto and my numbers never changed doing carnivore (glucose and ketones). Thanks for all you do!! I feel great and spread the message as much as possible and share the videos. Take care!!

After about 7 months of intermittent fasting and keto my blood pressure went from highs of 175/95, now to highs of 125/75 with an average probably being 115/70. I was on 100 mg of losartan and am now down to 25 mg. I will go off altogether next week. I don't think the bp meds really did anything at all. They started me out on isinopril, which gave me a nasty cough for over a month before I couldn't take it anymore.

I started this at the start of 2019 because my Dr. wanted to put me on medications for BP and cholesterol. I wanted to get my numbers down with out the meds. I found Keto, and 1 year later, the results speak for themselves. Blood Pressure: Dec 2018: 120/92 - Dec 2019: 110/70 All my markers were down, and I feel better at 46, than I did at 36. My favorite stat is my Triglyceride levels: Triglyceride: Dec 2018: 394 mg/dL - Dec 2019: 86 mg/dL

Six months ago, my blood pressure at the doc’s was something ridiculous like 189/125. I was already on 50mg. atenolol everyday. She was adamant to start writing more prescriptions. I said no and went home and did a lot of research including most importantly listening to Dr. Berry. In one day, I gave up breakfast, all grains, all sugars, all high carb fruits and vegetables, and all processed foods. I also included intermittent fasting. After six months, I’ve lost 45 lbs., I’m not on diabetes or BP or diuretics or statin meds anymore, and my blood pressure is now about 105/65. And inflammation is gone. My ring now spins around my finger! And here’s a note about salt. Salt is one of the electrolytes and is essential to good heart rhythm. One of my problems was also a-fib. It was determined that for some reason I had a hard time hanging on to potassium and salt and I suffered many episodes of a-fib. I was taking two 20 meq potassium tablets a day. The diuretic was to help lower BP but the minute I stopped taking it I no longer had trouble holding on to potassium. Funny how the doctors never figured that one out. Now, my keto diet provides lots of potassium and my “salt to taste” method provides the exact amount of sodium I need. No more a-fib episodes. No more high BP. No more high blood sugar. And my digestive track loves me.

I have been following the Keto way of eating for over 2 years. When I saw my Dr. a few months ago, my BP was really high and he gave me medication to lower it. I couldn't understand, given what I know about Keto and living an active life. I took the pills for a while and started to have moments when I felt like I was about to faint. I started to monitor my BP with two different devices (in case one wasn't giving accurate measurements), at different times of the day, and the pressure was always below normal. I stopped the medication and continued to monitor, and I was always within normal range. I did this for several months, and when I returned to the Dr., with my BP diary in hand, my BP was again very high. The conclusion was that I have "white coat syndrome"! We discontinued the medication and I still monitor periodically. I am telling this story for anyone who might have a similar issue.

I was put on BP meds and after keto lost 75 lbs and off my sugar medicine and I stopped taking my BP meds. 4 years ago, I had high blood pressure/cholesterol, acid reflux and was about to go on insulin shots. 6 medications. I went keto and all returned to normal (except cholesterol but I already knew that was a BS measurement), no more meds. I can take in about 100 grams of carbs a day now, especially since I am able to excercise without pain now, so I am carnivore-ish now.

Great results! Just so you know, carnivore is under 10g total carbs a day, not 100. You may not need to go carnivore (although it has worked wonders for me) though, as you're exercising and have gotten great results :)

I had been on increasing doses of Enalapril/HCTZ for almost 20 years (since I was 21) and had my BP "almost" controlled. I started keto about three years ago, and after six months (and 25Kg less), my doctor told me to lower the medication as my BP was so low I would feel lightheaded if I stood up too fast (something that had never happened to me before). Three months later, he told me to quit the meds completely, but keep checking my BP regularly. It hasn't gone over 125/80 since then.

I went to the hospital with a "hypertensive crisis." I spent months trying to manage it and lose weight, but failed. Two years later, I was diagnosed with type two diabetes. I pretty much decided the drugs I was taking accelerated my metabolic issues. I was taking the following: 81mg aspirin Carvedilol 2x daily Hydralazine 3x daily Allopurinol HCTZ Lisinopril I reversed diabetes with keto and fasting. In addition to reducing my inflammation and bringing down my A1c, to 4.8, my blood pressure also came down. We gradually de-prescribed all of it. I _did_ end up going back on half a 5mg (the smallest available) Lisinopril per day because my blood pressure crept up a bit, but I'm currently taking that half of one of those except when fasting for whole days, because my blood pressure gets too low if I take it while fasted. Oh, and I lost over 100 pounds and eight inches, so far, off my waist. _________ Edit: punctuation.

Yes, drugs make the problems worse. Every drug has a side effect. God did not put drugs on the planet, man did. Everything that is needed to sustain life is already available naturally. Drugs is a racket and a multi-billion dollar industry. I will never trust another "medical" doctor again as long as I live. Find a reputable nutritionist/holistic practitioner or become a student of nutrition yourself and you will not go wrong.

I stopped smoking with the aid of a nicotine-free vaping device. I started over a weekend, as they say that it takes 48 hours to get the nicotine out your system. After that the vaping took care of the doing things with my hands part of the addiction (which, for me, was the thing to which I was really addicted). Although I no longer vape I still will take "smoke breaks". I continued to vape for a good 18 months after I stopped smoking actual cigarettes. When I started this, I defined success as reducing my overall expenditure on cigarettes plus vaping stuff. (I know that's a low bar, doesn't matter. Set your bar where you feel comfortable and set yourself up for success.) In the end, I am glad that I defined success as reduced expenditure, as I did achieve that. If I had stopped smoking for the health benefits, I think I would have been very disappointed.

I have hypertension, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, fatty liver, and type 2 diabetes. I started watching your videos back in November 2019 and following your advice. In two months I'm down 23lbs and feeling great. I have not gone back to the doctor yet, but have an appointment scheduled in March. My last labs weren't even able to measure my triglycerides as they were out of the range of the test. I'm eating mostly a carnivore diet as I'm not a fan of most veggies. I do eat the occasional side salad with my mean coated in bleu cheese dressing. Bacon, steak, burger patties, chicken wings (not breaded), cheese, and sausages are my staple diet. I've had so many people tell me "you're going to have a heart attack" that I've lost count. I fast 16 hours every day and seldom snack between lunch and dinner (my only two meals...and I DON'T get hungry). We'll see some March...stay tuned!
