Cemetery of nuclear submarines: how is the most hazardous waste disposed?
In August, NeForum was held in Murmansk where it was shown how the dispose of nuclear submarines and nuclear waste. But I went further and saw everything with my own eyes. I visited the Rosatom base near Vladivostok and found out what happens to a submarine after it had served its term. And I also found out what to do with the disposal of other hazardous waste of the first and second classes like bulbs, batteries, thermometers.
