Assalamualaikum beautiful mommies🥰 Today I want to share a recipe for MPASI 8 Months and Over, namely "Tomato Egg Soup for children". Apart from the ingredients being easy to get, tomato egg soup is simple and delicious, mom.
Moms can make this menu to increase your little one's appetite, adjust the texture to your little one's needs, Moms😊. So, here's mom's recipe for tomato egg soup for your little one.
For team porridge ingredients:
-120 ml chicken stock
-200 gr white rice
-1 bay leaf
For soup ingredients:
-1 egg (shake well)
-to taste green onions (sliced)
-1/2 medium sized tomato (cut into pieces)
-1 clove of red onion (thinly sliced)
-1 clove of garlic (thinly sliced)
How to Make Team Porridge:
1. Pour and heat the broth
2. Add white rice and bay leaves
3. Stir until it becomes porridge
How to Make Soup:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil
2. Saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant
3. Add the tomatoes, stir until the tomatoes wilt
4. Add 300 mL boiled water, let it boil
5. Add the eggs while stirring
6. Add spring onions
7. Add 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
8. Once all the ingredients are cooked, remove from heat
9. Put the team porridge into a small container, add the soup
