You can prep all these a day before so you're just sauteeing them in the morning. But yes, doing this all in the morning from scratch is not feasible. Edit- in the video she says 'meal prep' so she already did this, portioned it out and just re-heated in the morning with the bread. Makes more sense 😅

You should boil the potatoes first till you can poke them with a fork then fry them in oil with the onions, sausage & rest of ingredients because that gets the potatoes in a great consistency.

Good point, she did say that, she didn’t do much to portray it as meal prep but she did say it, it’s just not very high protein, there’s maybe 40g in that whole pan. If you portioned that out into 3 that’d be 13g per portion and probably 350-400 cal, that’s pretty low protein to be honest, don’t get me wrong this looks delicious but most people look for this sort of thing to help them lose weight and this is a bulkers meal

people don't know what meal prep is. u can literally cook it and even freeze it for later, pull it out in a week or two and it will still be good to eat. that's one of signs people got dumber, they don't even understand basic food manipulation skills

I started the Mediterranean diet at the beginning of the year per my rheumatologist orders and there is a dish called Shakshuka. You should try it if you haven't heard. Poached eggs in a tomato onion garlic fresh herb mixture . I add white kidney beans in for more protein and fiber. So so good.

All I saw was processed sausage, 3 eggs which comes out to 18g of protein and two types of starchy carbs, the kale was pan fried which destroys most of the nutrients.

@@206remyboyz7 right, sausage is mostly fat with a bit of protein, 3 eggs for 15-20g depending on size and the rest is just veggies and carbs. There’s maaaaybe 35-40g protein in that entire massive pan, now don’t get me wrong, it looks delicious and I’d eat the crap out of it but it’s not high protein nor is it something to make when you’re low on time! Haha
