Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1.5 Tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Lime Juice- 1
Mix all the ingredients
Marinate 30 Mins
Set Aside
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Fry Marinate Chicken
Oil - 2 tsp
Onion Chopped - 2 medium
Fry 5-6 mins on medium heat
Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Fry till light brown
Fresh Tomato Puree - 1 Cup
Cook For 2-3 Mins
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
Fry 2 mins on low heat
Cheese Cream - 6 Tbsp
mix well
Add Fried Chicken tikka
Cook On Low Heat For 5 Mins
Coriander Leaves
Yellow Rice
ingredients:-
Butter 10g
Chopped Ginger
Fry Well
Chopped Onion - 1 medium
Fry the onions.
Cumin - 1 tsp
Fry till light brown
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
mix well
Rice - 250g
Mix all the ingredients well
Salt - 1 tsp
Water 400ml
Allow the Rice to cook for 15-20 mins
