Sunday done right with this sinfully good Masala Dosa. Richa Gupta makes the Masala with Tempayy which is next level stuff. Messing with the OG, we know, but it works!
Recipe
Ingredients
Tawa Masala Tempayy 100gms
1 Tbsp Oil
¼ Tsp Mustard seeds
¼ Tsp Chana dal
6-7 Curry leaves
1 Tomato chopped
3 Green chili finely chopped
½ Tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Instructions :
1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, chana dal and cumin seeds.
2. After the mustard seeds splutter, add green chilies, curry leaves and tomato.
3. Mix it for 30 seconds. After sautéing the tomato, add turmeric powder, salt and corinader powder.
4. Add Tawa Masala Tempayy cubes and saute for 2 mins.
5. Mash everything together with a masher and cook for 2 min.
6. Throw in some coriander leaves and your masala is ready. Add some on your dosa and enjoy with coconut chutney.
