Kids don’t eat dal, no worries, make them this high protein “crispies” in their language and “high protein Pakoda” in our language :-P and they will enjoy it. Ofcourse you cant make it everyday, we know that. But you can make this 2 times a week and increase their taste for pulses and help their body & taste buds adapt to eating pulses :-)
So here we go!

Coriander leaves - big handful
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Grated cabbage - 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
To make paneer:
Milk - 500ml

When milk boils, add lemon juice to curdle milk and make fresh homemade paneer.
Blend, soaked masoor dal, coriander leaves, saunf, pepper, salt, jeera powder, turmeric, ginger, curry leaves, lemon juice into a smooth paste
Now mix homemade paneer, green moong paste, grated carrot, grated cabbage, mashed boiled potatoes to make a soft batter.
