The new Skoda Fabia is $13,000 higher than the last time we saw this hatch in Australia. Now priced at $37,990 driveaway, the 2023 Fabia Monte Carlo Edition 150 is a bigger, more refined, more powerful, higher-tech vehicle - but is the price too high? Considering the new Fabia 110TSI now falls between a Volkswagen Polo 85TSI Style (about $35K driveaway) and a 147TSI GTI (about $43K driveaway), perhaps it makes sense.
We will drive the new Skoda Fabia next month in August 2022. For now, Chasing Cars editor Tom Baker shows you around the fourth-generation Fabia Monte Carlo pointing out the increased size and new features for that higher new price.
