i love how the high speed vibratory arcs cause the beer to vaporize and create a fog over the top! it just looks cool as all hell.

Right, I forgot; voltage is electrical pressure while amperage is the power. Although, asside from that, not much amperage is needed to kill. I'm not sure, but it's just 8 or so milliamps across the heart that's needed to kill or something, right?

if you look at the begging of the video it appears there is light coming out of the conductors before they even arc? seems to suggest the video might have been tampered with

idk if this is true but i think the reason y the tips still glow even when they are not touching is because there is electricity flowing in the air

now, do you like trade amperage for voltage, like build a transformer or whatever that will drop the amperage, and use that to make more volts, or do you have to put resistors and crap, i mean, how does this work?
@Sparrow338

Yes, but what he is using doesn't look like it is very high amperage (amperage kills not voltage) it's probably somehting around 10,000-15,000 volts at very high frequency but very low amperage. Static shocks, like from a carpet, are usualy around 10-30 thousand volts.

Remember, voltage isn't what is deadly, its amperage. High amperage = death. That being said, something with a high voltage should be avoided as it probably also has a high amperage. Oh, and I must make this reference: AC/DC HIGH VOLTAGE!
