I love your videos very very much. Just a message for those who are still going in the MCAT grind. p=-log(x) so when you have Ka=products/reactants the pka is -log(Ka) so a high Ka= lots of products ratio to reactants. This means you will be taking the -log(of a large number), which is a small number.

Despite having taken my MCAT and killed it, I still watch your videos for their intellectual-info-entertaiment values. I confirm that Acids and Bases was heavily tested in an organic chemistry passage. Know how to calculate PH given [OH- ]

MM! I didn't know you'd written your exam but I am so excited to hear you did great on it! I hope we were able to help and it's so nice to see you commenting on the videos again. I assure you we will have content coming out relevant to medical students as soon as we feel like we've completed the job for the MCAT so make sure you keep coming back :) - John

Hi Mohd, yes taking the MCAT is mandatory for admission into a USA medical school. There are several books you can follow to study for the MCAT and this channel is dedicated to being a resource for the MCAT as well. The classic MCAT prep books come from companies like Kaplan, Blueprint, Examkrackers, Altius, etc., however we are soon releasing a book ourselves that will have all of the High--Yield topics explained. Also, if you are wanting a full MCAT plan, make sure to check out our video titled COMPLETE MCAT PLAN w/ 100th & 90th percentile scorers . Hope this helps!
