This was a very satisfying hike, and the main reason for that was the variation in the route: multiple terrain types, and techniques to use, the mix of ascent and descent, the ups and downs on the ridge. Has a bit of everything: nice maintained trail and route finding portions, rocks and boulder hopping, but also talus, scree and a bit of scrambling. The views are nice and changing, though not breathtaking, but they complement nicely the route. At the end of the day I almost did not believe that I ascended and descended 1700m, and that is because you don't ascend them at once, things go up and down all the time.
The hike was taken during a beautiful day of Fall: September 24th 2022. The snow from previous week still lingers on the northern slopes, and, in fact, I had to descend a small portion through it (talking about variation).
This was a pretty demanding hike, that took me 11hours to complete.
