At 5:37 what Matos said"its like learning a language, chess is a lot easier to learn with an undeveloped brain". While true it isnt impossible to get good, you maybe wont be grandmaster level in your lifetime, unless youre way older, but starting chess late much like anything you can definitely get better, like its not impossible to learn a language at 20, you still can its just more difficult because you have different matters you need, jobs, bills, etc to where you cant spend 100% of the time focusing.
