Step into a different world as you hike across lava fields, climb up cinder cones and explore the caves around these badlands. We spent two days exploring El Malpais National Monument near Grants, New Mexico. On the first day we hiked El Calderon trail which took us around the top of a cinder cone. On the second day we hiked on a lava field on Zuni-Acoma trail. We also stopped by Sandstone Bluff Overlook. We camped at Joe Skeen BLM Campground.
😄 Stick around for bloopers at the end of the video!
