My camera are working on the DVR desktop. But on the Hikvison mobile app, nothing is coming through. I can see 0.00 k/s when the camera is loading as well as on the NAT page, all UPnP Status are inactive. I think this might have something to do with my cameras aren’t showing on my phone app. Can you help with this?

@@hikconnect it’s 100% online. The cameras work on my Hik-Connect app when my phone is connected to same internet router. However, when I try to access the cameras on my phone via 4g or when the phone is connected to another internet router I get no signals coming through on my cameras.

Hello, from yesterday I can’t playback recorded videos. I get the message “ Channels are no longer allowed for streaming at the same time.” I watched playback and in the same day when O have tried again it wasn’t working any more… Ia there a setting? I have instalated today the newest update Hik Connect app but it dosen”t work. I have tried on 2 different apple devices devices … but stiil not working.

My main phone can view the cameras via the app. When i try to add my partner’s phone she has access until after the login and qr code. Problem is the cameras have a lock which asks for an admin password. We dont know the password. Did not remember inputting anything during the setup. The password we used for the hik connect account and the admin doesnt seem to match. Help.

I have a ds-7608ni-q2-8p , i bought a vikylin camera HDW2431TM-AS-S2 i activated green checkmark in the nvr, camera works good on continous recording,BUT IN OSD- EVENT- can't enable motion detection and do not show the red squares areas when i press apply and error appear ** ERROR setting failed. WHAT CAN BE? cant find answers , i have 2 other cameras and i cant enable morion detection withou problem. I upgraded firmware and downgrade, the vikylin camera cant enable motion detection on the hikvision nvr

Hi I have recently lost the ability to view cameras on the app. My original installer suggested to download the latest app via the hik connect website which I have done. I have followed his and your instructions on video to activate the app. When I scan the qr code i immediately get the message that the device has been added successfully giving its serial number. However the cameras do not appear on the app I just get the message no device available. All the settings seem as you specify. Please can you help

You can change your stream encryption or verification code, after that you can reboot your device, then logout from the account and login again. When you want to access the device you will prompted the new stream encryption password, just input the new stream encryption or verification to access it

This could be because the settings are not correct, the cable is broken, the connector is not precise, the wrong port on the router is plugged in, or the router is not read by the DVR or vice versa.

@@hikconnect device is always online not an issue with that. Issue is regarding the application which always makes the camera error by showing code 241009 while in mobile data. But again after connecting my phone with wifi it is resuming all cameras live without any error.

Ive only used Hik-connect app via email login randomly. As opposed to prior company doing set up remotely. My question is, what's the easiest way to set up ? Can it be done by mobile number ? Because the customers are elderly, & the whole email / Google account passwords caused a hassle. And then the wifes app by same login ? They also have an Ipad. So the same login info will work as well ? Thanks in advance
