It’s times like this where I just have to reflect and appreciate this podcast and all the joy it’s brought me after a tough week and I’m in TEARS laughing at C-Man taking a call casually in the middle of being live on the podcast without a second thought. Thank you to Ethan, Hila, and the crew for all the hard times you’ve gotten me through and just for all the laughs through the years… idk man just love this podcast haha ❤️

Jimmy could absolutely do his offensive shtick within musical comedy. It can still be rough, but the medium softens his naturally brutal delivery and adds an air of silliness.

1:50:03 AB writing down the directions to get to the weird gas station near the turn pike. Also 1:56:50 right as Ethan says “I don’t want to make any assumptions so forgive me…” Hila’s smile immediately drops and she takes a sip of water while AB hits the X before he even finishes his sentence. Love that Ethan’s given himself such an infamous reputation that being off the cuff is caught before he even finishes his sentence Also C-man’s invitation and putting in “anyone man enough” should’ve sparked Ethan’s alpha status and if he does not wrestle C-man and pull an ultimate domination on him to get his perfect wikifeet score feet worshipped, both his alpha status and feet king status will be revoked

@@demoraticmarxism1381 You do realize you are saying something that is inflammatory, which triggers people to respond/argue, which increases engagement, which promotes the video of this entertainer that plenty of people enjoy, but whose content and ethnic background frightens you. I have no problem with that, I find the content really enjoyable (I'm a white gentile, nothing he says scares *me*) but if this is how you feel about the content maybe you shouldn't promote it by making comments that increase engagement ? 🤷

I'm not saying Ethan hasn't changed, but he seems to forget that he literally used to put out "SJW OWNED" videos on the REGULAR. He is a LARGE reason why I fell down the alt-right pipeline in my teens and early 20's. Not only were those videos just ring wing propaganda along with the Jordan Peterson video, but what he's not realizing is that even though his content was never blatantly alt-right, the content, the titles would lead to video suggestions that sent people down a rabbit-hole of propaganda. H3H3, idubbbz, Filthy Frank, etc., despite not being alt-right, were all creators whose content I would view before being recommended some even more radical "SJW OWNED" type of content. Ethan's content in addition to KZitem's algorithm resulted in feeding people right wing content creators.
@Serelor
2 жыл бұрын
@M That's just survivorship bias but sure, I take responsibility for all of my behavior as a grown adult influenced by right wing propaganda. Now let's not deflect blame and go back to the main subject. KZitem's algorithm, lack of proper moderation, and its content creators such as Ethan and friends, all of whom are and were then grown adults who had WIDELY viewed platforms and some, if not all of whom had some level of affluence and privilege, were culpable parties in the creation and facilitation of a pipeline of right wing propaganda and I don't need to go through my life history as a highly impressionable minor with autism and BPD who grew up with right wing parents and started out predisposed to the left (well, liberalism, not leftism) but became right wing only after being influenced by the aforementioned propaganda pipeline as a minor in order to justify myself to a stranger on the internet. I won't even make the attempt to justify it, but I won't ignore that that's how it happened and act as if I deliberately sought out to become right wing I'm not saying they aren't victims of propaganda either. I'm saying if I can take responsibility for my behavior and thoughts in my early 20s as a result of the propaganda I was fed due to their content, they must AT THE VERY LEAST not play ignorant to their part in helping add pipe to the pipeline. It's only fair and reasonable. Trying to atomize the problem down to the complete and utter fault of each individual influenced by the content is reductionist and ignorant.
