I am gifted with this book and I am studying the word that is presented. I am just getting familiar with other woman, ministry leaders, and bible studies. Taking bible study courses has improved my understanding of God and Jesus. It has lead me to apply bible scripture to my life. Stay the Path shares a lot of Pastor Bobbie's life and knowledge with her experience of being a woman's worship leader. Also I enjoy the music from Hillsong Church.

Read your bible instead - it is directly from God. The Senior PASTOR worldwide is SELLING her book, so she earns money - think about that. stick to your bible and forget these type of PASTORS who are really false prophets

It is important that you follow and teach the true word of God and female pastors like, Bobbi Houston or Joyce Meyers, for example, go against what God's Holy Word teaches us. Women should only teach children or other women in church. The Word of God proclaims, “A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent” (1 Timothy 2:11-12). In the church, God assigns different roles to men and women. This is a result of the way mankind was created and the way in which sin entered the world (1 Timothy 2:13-14). God, through the apostle Paul, restricts women from serving in roles of teaching and/or having spiritual authority over men. This precludes women from serving as pastors over men, which definitely includes preaching to them, teaching them publicly, and exercising spiritual authority over them.

my friend was healed from a terminal disease because JESUS worked through a lady preacher. How could u say that God does not use women to go out into the world and preach.

It would be wise to examine the passages more deeply...in light of the rest of the Word of God. We are warned to be careful to guard against a heart filled with pride, which is often expressed in bitterness and criticism of others. And we are warned not to criticize the called of God. I’m not saying that women should or should not be in this or that position. But I’ve found that when we keep our focus on ourselves, and what God is teaching us...cutting away that which is not of Him...we don’t have time to criticize others. We dare not try to put God in a box...He, in His infinite wisdom and glory, does not always do things as we think He should...as we expect. And much boils down to vernacular. Be careful. I’ve heard it said that the Church (body of Christ) is the only army that kills its own wounded. The point being that we should be about building each other up, not tearing down. Unity was of such great importance to Jesus that He includes it in His prayer...just a few hours before His crucifixion. (John 17) So, it should be of obviously great importance to us. He taught us to love, empowered by His Spirit. And it’s His example we should follow. If our eyes are focused on Him, it keeps us from being petty in the criticism of others.
