Do 20 minutes of yoga. 3. Have fruits like banana, apple, or grapes 1 hour later. 4. Put multani powder mixed with rose water onto your face and neck for 10 minutes. 5. Cleanse your face skin with litllextra ricebberry face wash for the glow and brightness. 6. Follow your daily work schedule and have breakfast in 2-3 hours of waking up. 7. Drink plenty of water to remain hydrated. 8. Eat cucumber and yogurt in the summer. 9. Use only natural products for your face. I use coconut oil, and it functions well. Avoid touching your face a lot. 10. Before going to bed, cleanse your face again with that ricebberry face wash and apply coconut oil.

This riceberryy face wash is excellent for dry skin. From the first use, I experienced positive changes in my face, such as less acne. It is well suited when combined with a moisturiser.
