Yes it is true about sir D.Y training but the sad things about lots of gym the all talking about fitness and the all have rubber weight and what you want is iron weight in the gyms if you want to look like sir D.Y iron weight is best not rubber weight the is in gym all over the place bull shit real iron weight give you the best body .i never made much gain with light weight I made the best gain use heavy weight in the 90s when I was a bodybuilder.i never did drug I stay neutral from the day I started weight training from 1978 till now I still go to the gym and train hard and i am age 57 now 2020 March 17 many people want it over night but only if they new the truth they be shock get real people and stop kidding your self now drugs will get you there but hard training and good food but you must have a plan if you ask Dorian Yates he will tell you the same thing respect keep the work .

Good video par Mujhe ye bataye ki muscles pump ke Baad turad cardio na karo to kab karo. Koi bolta hai workout ke Suru me cardio na karo,, Aar sahi me, Tab WORKOUT ke Baad bhi cardio na karo to kab karo. Vase Mai weak me 2 to 3 time cardio karta hu. Aar kabhi kabhi samay ke anushar WORKOUT ke pehle bhi Ground me fast running, kabhi kabhi cardio kar leta hu
