Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
This bread is not only very famous in Korean street food but also all over the social media. Everybody was hooked when they knew about it. This bread is a combination of sweet and savory flavor. You can really say that the bread looks fancy and also tastes fancy. The basic components are buns, cream cheese filling and garlic butter mixture.
For me you do not need to bake a bread you can just purchase a burger buns or dinner rolls at the bakery. Then make the cream cheese filling and garlic butter mixture. Assemble it, toast until golden brown and it is ready to eat.
Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
5 buns, plain
Cream Cheese Filling:
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp white sugar(more or less)
Garlic-butter:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg, large
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley, minced
Toppings:(optional)
