The 4 fold system created is just for peak functioning of society. Also it's called 'Varna' in Sanskrit which means job or career, rather than 'Caste/Class' which are English words. Although it does say in the scriptures that you are born into a varna, it never says that you can't change it according to your tastes and liking. In fact 'Chandragupta Maurya' was born into a labour class (to peacock rearers) but got trained by a statesman/priest Chanakya to be a King. 6:18 Hinduism is not just 7 core beliefs. Infact, there are many hindu traditions which rejects some of these core beliefs and have additional, new ideas. For instance, 6:39 there are hindu traditions which doesn't subscribe to the idea of Brahman, one universal consciousness. Hindu traditions like Carvaka, nyaya doesn't subscribe to this idea. Therefore this video only covered a small portion of Hinduism. 7:53 Again, there are hindu traditions which doesn't subscribe to the concept of Atman. 8:50 Again, many hindu traditions doesn't believe in Vedas. For example lingayats, Shaiva siddhanta, Tantric schools, Carvaks etc dont believe in vedas. Like I said, this video is good for a beginner to know some information about hinduism but not in entirety. 9:19 Vedas always exists in cosmos and anyone can access it if individuals elevate themselves spiritually through yoga/meditation. So its not something thay is magically revealed to sages but rather its like this. The sages elevated themselves spiritually and while in meditation, they received wisdom of the vedas. Vedas literally means knowledge by the way. 24:31 Actually Hindus have much more denominations. Not just 4. Infact Hinduism have 9 schools of thought alone. 28:54 Manusmriti was never an authentic text. Hindus followed Varna system. But caste system was created by the British and pushed it in Africa, and India as an act of colonisation. There was no caste system in Hinduism. caste system was heavily practiced after British imported their hierarchical caste system followed in Europe. All authentic texts of Hinduism Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Puranas say that people can freely move between varnas(loosely and falsely translated as caste) based on their merits. There are many many many recorded instances of this in the past. There hundreds of books like Manusmriti which literally talks the opposite of Manusmriti and besides, Manusmriti was never followed by anyone. Hindus only followed Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, puranas, and agamas. Hindus were against slaves thats why there was no slaves in ancient india. European slave system was introduced in India as caste system by the British. In Varna system you "become" a certain varna based on your merit. In caste system of the British an individual is "born" into a certain caste which is the same system followed by Europe. 30:14 Thats noy caste. Thats Jati. Varna is translated as caste. But here the jati(a clan) was translated as caste as well which is obviously false. So as you can see, even there is no proper translation of caste which shows how rigged and false the caste system is.

Hey Luke, I’ve been watching you for so long, ever since your MW videos, it’s amazing to see your channel uploading again! Your BF2042 reveal reaction is one of my favourites! There is a profound paranormal experience that I had a year ago that prompted me to seek understanding within myself. If you’re into UAPs, you’ll know that there are reports of massive black triangles that move silently over the sky. I saw one flying over to the military base that’s relatively close to my house in Queensland. It shook me in every way to just see it appear out of nowhere and then disappear out of sight. I mean, I’ve heard other people talk about this stuff and getting disturbed, but this was like disrupting to my being. My parents are Hindu (more or less practising 😂), so I kind of knew a little bit about some practices. I never really found meaning in them because I barely understand the language, or the need for complicated rituals. I’m sure a lot of people can understand where I’m coming from. I’m also a psych grad, so scientific thinking has been my bread and butter. However ever since experiencing this one-off paranormal thing I’ve grown rabidly interested in the paranormal, the UAP news from the US, and spirituality. Funny how those things tend to group themselves together like that, no? Recently I started practicing a transcendental version of yoga called kundalini that seeks to align the body, mind, and soul to the makeup of the universe. Stupidly (and with a lot of hope) I started practicing it by myself, despite warnings not to do so. It’s a powerful experience that can shatter your ego, and break many ideas you have about your life and reality. I would liken it to dipping yourself headfirst into the loving embrace of…something? With it comes a lot of benefits, but can have a lot of drawbacks, so this is not advocating for anyone to do this without proper support. As a Roganhead, I think a similar experience would be like consuming DMT, but endogenous. You can experience talking to entities sometimes too. How are these things linked? 😅 Weirdly enough, I think just having such a profound experience makes you want to seek another experience out. I went into spirituality for all the wrong reasons, but it still has benefits 😂 (at least for me, so far). It also made me realise that every transcendental part of every religion on Earth probably has some similar understanding of being able to ‘dip’ into universal consciousness, or what some would call God. I think Brahman is just an comprehensible manifestation of that…whatever it is. I just watched your upload about the disturbing experience you had in Arizona. It seemed to really bother you, and I don’t think it’s a good idea to let these experiences disturb us, simply because we have no control over those experiences. I thought you might want to look into this topic of transcendental meditation, considering your interest in Hinduism! Maybe practicing some mindfulness will help you gain a better understanding of yourself along the way to getting a hug from the universe. Happy seeking!

Now the center has proud hindus and people are realizing the potential and grandeur of own history and culture. Pride is coming back. Now you can even purchase translated copies. We always had number of puranas, manas, Bhagwatam and yog vashishtha Ramayana at our home right from childhood. Further Good times are coming.

@priyankaporwal6129 True. Can't disagree with what you said. I have read Ramayana and Mahabharat. Would love to read the Upanishadas one day, but I fear I won't be able to understand it (I know a little bit of Sanskrit). A lot get lost in translations. A Christian could go to the father, or a Muslim could go to an Imam for clarity on their religious texts. Where could we go? Hope it will change soon.

The word is a compound word formed by combining two words, bhū, “the earth,” and maṇḍala, “circular, round; circle.” The literal meaning of bhū- maṇḍala is therefore “earth-circle.” As such, there is no doubt that the idea of a round earth is present in the Purāṇas.

I remember someone saying this: Suppose you live in America and you visit Africa for the first time. There, you see a Zebra and you are amazed to see that for the very first time. Now when you go back to America, you tell your friends and family members that you saw a horse with stripes on it. You say that because you were unaware of exactly what you saw but you could relate it with something you know. The same we can say about Hindu Gods, like Lord Ganesha for example. We described them as a God with a human body and an elephant head, but what do we know, we were not really there to see that. Those who have written down about them maybe couldn't express what they saw so they went for the closest analogy they could think of.

The name is pronounced as 'Ganesh' so you were not wrong earlier... it's just that when translated to english language many names end with an 'a', making Ganesh 'Ganesha' so modern people who don't actually know the correct one pronounce it as 'Ganesha'. Other such example is 'Shiv' whom western people call 'Shiva'. On the other hand some names originally had an 'a' at the end... for example- Brahma is pronounced as 'Brahma' and not 'Brahm'.

15:44 Let me add something, The Bhagawad Gita is the most sacred hindu text because it contains the whole conversation between Arjun and Lord Shri Krishna, the 9th incarnation of Lord Vishnu, it has solution to every problems of life , since you are born until you die, also, during this conversation, Lord Krishna also spoke about how the universe works, he spoke about how the mind controls the soul and how to take back the control, what happens to a soul after death and many more, also, during this conversation, Lord showed his divine form to Arjun, from that you can guess that how intense the conversation would have been. Lord Krishna also said that He is the God, He is everywhere, in every single atom, He is everything, He is present in every life form, infact every soul is within him, every soul is a part of him, He and all the souls are Eternal. It is amazing because the answers to these questions are given by Lord Shri Krishna, The Human form of the Divine Lord.

Or someone Who Don't Believe in this Religion they can be Disrespect it... And hurts our religious sentiments. That's Why Vedas were originally transmitted through Oral tradition From Generation to Generation...

Interestingly what has been mentioned in the scriptures is the true amalgamation of different schools of thoughts which evolved through the way of "Shastrarth" which is an intellectual debate on various concepts & ideology. fun facts: -Hanuman is an inspiration for song wukong with most of their powers being similar, and song wukong is an inspiration for a collection of over powered anime characters such as goku from the dragon ball franchise and luffy from one piece. -A lot of tropes such as: brother vs brother, rescue the kidnapped lover, forbidden love, father vs unknown sons, brother joins his brother on a venture when he doesn't have to, overpowered and extremely loyal friend joining and overpowered pair making an overpowered trio, heroic sacrifice, lover being unknowingly pregnant and exiled and many many more can be found in the ramayana and probably inspired millions of stories with these tropes.

Note: Hanuman isn't a monkey, but he is possibly the inspiration for the Ska song "Big, Big Monkey Man," and supposedly the inspiration for the "Monkey King" stories from East Asia. Oh and by the way, you got it right. For the most part, Ganesh = Ganesha. In some Indian languages, the final "a" sound is dropped for male names. For example, you might call a boy "Raja." But when he's older (adult), you'd likely call him "Raj" unless you were his senior or life partner. The consonants in various Indian alphabets all have a default short "ah" sound at the end. So, "Raja" would be spelled with "ra" and "ja" letters, but Raj would be spelled with "ra" and modified "ja' " (to eliminate the "ah" at the end of ja)

Bhagvad Gita 18.43 - 'Valor, strength, fortitude, skill in weaponry, resolve never to retreat from battle, large-heartedness in charity, and leadership abilities, these are the natural qualities of work for Kshatriyas.' COMMENTARY on Gita 18.43 👇 The Kshatriyas were those whose natures were predominantly rājasic, with a mixture of sattva guṇa. This made them royal, heroic, daring, commanding, and charitable. Their qualities were suitable for martial and leadership works, and they formed the administrative class that governed the country. Yet, they realized that they were not as learned and pure as the Brahmins. Hence, they respected the Brahmins and took advice from them on ideological, spiritual, and policy matters.

10:10 We don't Have just math's in our Ancient School's(Gurukul) and Universities(Peeth) We teach Metrology, Geometry, Medicine, Cosmology, Martial Arts like Kalaripaytu & Mal-yudh, Gymnastics like Malkham And many other advance subjects like Plastic Surgery in sushruta samhita and Aeronautics Vimana Shastra... So the University and Peeth like this Nalanda, Vikramshila, Odantapuri, Takshashila, Kashmir Smast, Valabhi University, Sharada Peeth, Pushpagiri Vihara, Odantapuri University, Vikramashila, Somapura Mahavihara, Bikrampur Vihara, Jagaddala Mahavihara Jagaddala etc... Consequently, these Gurukuls continued with the traditional & cultural glory till the arrival of the Outside INVADERs like Muslim Despite the heavy atrocities and oppressive policies done by foreign rulers for 800 years to end our culture, our religion, our traditional values, the basic character of the country could not change, our Indianness remained intact, because activities of these invaders being focused on looting and destroying religious traditions, our education system did not suffer much as they did not pay heed to devastate Gurukul system instead they demolished big and rich schools like Takshshila (by Huns invasion) and Nalanda(by Bakhtiyar Khilji). After Mughals British did more... British made education a weapon to make us permanently slaves Macaulay In one of his address to the British Parliament in Feb 1835 had said that “I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such caliber, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage and therefore I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their selfesteem, their native culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation”. With this firm conviction Macaulay came up with the proposal of promoting the English language which is called the “Macaulay Minute”.In 1835 he suggested English should be taught in place to Arabic, Sanskrit, and Persian in colonial schools in India. He also recommended “Downward filteration theory” in his “Minute” which was based on the principle of neglecting the masses and educate only a few people that belonged to the upper caste in Indian Society, so that they only get useful sycophants to work for them and then those people can influence the lower strata people which would further accomplish their malafide intention of making Indians in blood and colour while English in tastes, in opinions, in Morals.

Let me tell you one thing very important. How did brahma got his four heads: The atory goes like this. When lord vishnu was sleeping in the cosmic ocean, he thought ohhn.....ohh. too much open space , Then he said (he didnot say obviously) he just thought means the thought came to him. And a lotus flower came out from his naval a long lotus flower, the lotus flower opens itself and brahma directly came out. When brahma came out he didnot know his purpose he even didnot know himself. The first data that went to his mind. What he was seeing right now. So he saw the ocean, he thought well infront is an ocean what's on my left ,, a head popped to his left he saw there's also ocean , what's on my right a head popped there oh there's ocean what's on my back a head popped there and he sees only endless ocean. Thats how he got his four heads

Actually 26:57 it's a varna system but some greedy bramhan did it a caste like system because just think about this if u r a bramhin or kshatriya if ur son is not capable of becoming a priest or warrior like u he will do business or manual labour so they made it a birth based system so that they can enjoy for eternity. If a manual labour son or daughter has a psycho physical nature of braham or kshatriya or both they could become both at the same time. That's why the people who were at the top position misused it.
