. 2 kg raw mango
. After cutting raw mangoes
. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
. 3 tsp salt
. mix it well
. After mixing cover it nd keep it for 5-6 hours
. After 5-6 hours mix it well
. Raw Mango water ( Add Hing in it ) and keep it in fridge
. let raw mango dry up for 3-4 hours
. Add 3 tsp kashmiri laal mirchi
. 1 tsp teekhi laal mirchi
. 1/2 tsp hing
. Add Heeng Water In it
. 1/2 tsp salt(optional)
. Hing Aachar is ready
. Store it in glassware
