Awesome build and the hinges appear very snug (no slop in movement). Your method looks like a perfect way to make some flip stops for my TS cross cut sled and for my drill press fence. Perfect timing as I have exhausted all options with ready made stops.

Hello, This wood is very hard wood used for "Apiton" flooring! Cut multiple times to avoid resistance to the engine and blades. I believe it is a smooth and very good way.

Se puede usar la fresadora (maquina), las maderas entran mesa de fresadora, un accesorio fresa de radio cónavo R 4, D19, I 12, L 43,8, S 6 a hasta máximo R 25,4, D 63,5, I 33,3, L 71,4 S 12, bien ambos maderas curvadas y meter palo finito (alumino, ó otros etc), eso se mueven fácil y listo

Привет! Я так понял эта вещь нигде не используется? Это просто демонстрация изготовления шарнирного соединения? Закругления лучше было сделать на Вашей оснастке для ШлДБ - было у Вас видео. И отверстия для осей лучше сверлить в собранном состоянии иначе, при малейшей несоосности любой элемент шарнира может треснуть с торца. С наилучшими пожеланиями!

@@TachiOhyo56 And barbeque sticks used as the pivot. Already made a "G1 Optimus Prime Popsicle Sticks" and can be seen here on KZitem. It was modeled after the papercraft version I got from the internet which is based on the original 80's toy. The papercraft figure was hard to move without falling apart... so I made a wooden version out of popsicle sticks and bbq sticks. It turned out alright! 😊 Also made hands and energon axe which were not on the papercraft figure. Not yet inclined to do the trailer. Maybe later.
