Many people experience hip pain and issues at some point in their lives. Whether it’s from overuse, injury, or simply the wear and tear of everyday activities, hip problems can be a real pain (literally).
Thankfully, there are things you can do to help prevent and alleviate hip issues. Strengthening exercises, maintaining a healthy weight, core exercises to improve posture (see my workout post last week) and stretching regularly can all improve hip health.

Symptoms of hip problems:
⚪️pain in the hip joint (usually groin area)
referred pain to the thigh and knee
limping
⚪️reduced range of motion
stiffness
⚪️pain when trying to put weight through the leg on the affected side
