I disagree at 7:24. It doesn't matter how far you bring your tibia up because not everyone is anatomically gifted to do that. Plus it doesn't make any difference if u bring your tibia at a 90 degree angle to your femur because this pose works on the hip flexors and not the calves. I do this pose in yoga and it's called a pigeon pose. Essentially you are internally rotating your front thigh and stretching the psoas muscles for the back leg. Hope this makes sense

Thanks Dani, hahaha i think we did a load of videos and probably just went into this one without thinking. PJ is in not too bad nick though for his 50's 😀
