Start by standing tall with your feet together and your hands resting on your hips. Take a step forward with your right foot. Lower your body down by bending both knees simultaneously until your front thigh is parallel to the ground and your back knee is hovering just above the floor. While your body is lowering, "scoop" your arms forward until in an overhead position. Push through your front heel and engage your leg muscles to rise back up and simultaneously dropping your arms down. Bring your back foot forward, stepping into the next lunge, and repeat the movement.
