This week, we welcome Marti to the channel!
Marti suffered a sport-related injury years ago after crashing down on his ankle playing basketball. Since then, it has never really felt the same! It’s important to get these issues treated & rehabbed early to maximize your recovery, but even if those initial responses were lacking you can ALWAYS build yourself back up better. Today, we’ll be clearing up reductions in range of motions of the affected extremity and next time we’ll be beginning a comprehensive rehab plan focus on increasing stability & function of the ligaments surrounding it.
