Any idea why there wasnt such a good turnout at the MG Classic this year? Ive been going for years and the quantity and quality of cars wasnt the same this year.

Was done that way on purpose, the organizers want to make life easier for themselves with less stress and culled 6 classes that weekend. Remember, they/we are all "aging" out.

What happened to the original Custaxie? , speaking of that car ,I believe it was once owned by Croydon Thompson ,who I think was the owner of Thompson Performance engineering in Auckland?? I recently got hold of a pair of what I believe are Thompson Sprint mags 14x9s , they have no markings on them , It would be good to get confirmation on what I think they are ,if anyone could help ,even Mr Thompson maybe?
