I loved Bravestar as a kid. My dad always got me “guns” for Christmas after my 10th birthday. 😂 I had so many rubber band guns, pop guns and inferred guns… brave star was my first inferred gun. I have both the blue and black guns. They reminded me of the black hole guns. Loved the concept and execution. Airborne was my favorite Joe, Bravestar was another favorite.

A masterpiece. Enjoyed this one. Didn't knew of the idea that never came to be, to connect motu with Bravestarr some how. Imagine we got Bravestarr toys in the Motu scale. Enjoyed this history video👍

Thx for watching, Chris! Yeah here's hoping we see Bravestarr added in as part of the MOTU Origins line, the way Mattel did with Sun Man.

shame Filmation got screwed in the buyout/aquisition. They lost several projects that were still in progress.

Is it bad that I think the pilot movie is the high water mark for the show?

Well, it was released after the show ended, so I guess it's good to end on a high note?

I don't know why I thought it launched the show. 🙄

@@fandompowerpodcast it's an origin story, so chronologically it goes at the beginning when watching it back now, but the release was in March 1988.
