Going through a rough moment in my day and watching this video has completely changed it for the better. My family has a dairy in Dimock, PA about 20 miles south of Binghamton. Still working the land and milking the cows well over 100 years later. I'm 45 and live in the "city" now. You gave me a gift. A gift of remembering my lost family members, my special cow goobie, and days of past that resonate. The hard work. The summers that lasted forever. The love I felt and the love I gave. When your father said how Binghamton was local it made me think of all the trips to central tractor with my grandma. I noticed how sweet you are with your girls. You are a good guy. Thank you for making the world a better place.

The video brings back memories of our farm in Antwerp NY which I still have but is not operating. Trying to restore it back to what it was or as close as I can financially. We had Lamco wagons and a 93 combine which I still have. Farming is a lot of work and many farms fail because the work is so demanding and it is a stain on the family in regards to time management. I travel 81 over an over to northern NY from Virginia so I probably pass your farm. Thanks for the videos.

Mike, that was awesome I love the wrap around porch mom & dad had on the house. Great photos of yesteryear. I remember when dealers would drop off tractors at are place for my grandpa & uncle to try out those were the days. Great job.

Thanks David. Yeah my parents were upset when a heavy snow brought down the one side of the wrap around porch. Its too bad they didn't re build it as a wrap around again

@@redironfarms1801 I was raised on dairy farm . I even owned a dairy farm up to 2015.I couldn’t find any help and if I did they couldn’t leave the phone alone. My son didn’t want anything to do with the farm and I just couldn’t keep going by myself. So I sold out.Now I’m lost in life missing my cows 🐄 and the farm sad.

Wow Mike this was absolutely awesome. I think this is my favorite out of all of your videos and I have seen them all. Really nice work on this thank you for taking the time to put this together. These are always my favorite kinds of stories and videos. The commentary from your parents, with the background music and how you broke it up through the decades was really cool. The pictures of those old tractors were really cool as well. I grew up with Oliver and Ford tractors and that Ford your father had was a real nice looking tractor. The biggest we had was a 5000. That must’ve been a lot of work to put all that together. Really enjoyed it man thanks again

Mike this was amazing! I'm sure it was nice for your mom and dad to get to reminisce on all the hard work they have put in. I'm amazed at all of the growth they had in the 80s and 90s because at that time all the dairies in my area were closing down.
