So the police was conniving with the ifp. I have huge respect for Nelson Mandela for being sober and took the right decision after all these.

Ngxobongwane was rich and even had chauffers from the money he was given by the government at the time to make this all happen.

My issue with this video and the people who published it is that, throughout the video when Xhosa speakers are heard uttering words there are subtitles for that but then the Afrikaaner starts speaking with what seems to be an important message, there aren't any subtitles provided for. Wonder why is that? or are we still pushing the apartheid agenda.

I understand your point, but maybe the reason was that more people understood Afrikaner language than black tribal languages?

I'm surprised no one has translated it for you. Its 2 years later. He asked them if they understood Afrikaans, they said yes. His telling them they blocking the road standing in front of the parliament. They asked him about housing in their township. His saying his not the person to speak to and referred them to someone. They cant accept his answer and start wailing.

Let me translate the Afrikaans: White man tell these people, about 200 of them. It will serve no purpose to stand at the Parliament and block traffic in an effort to get houses. She should go to Mr Bezuidenhout who deals with housing to get answers. The lady said they had house but it was burned. He replied that he did not burn their houses, but he understand that they need houses to stay in and want to help. The matter must be taken up at the housing department. The instigator (Normally an ANC cader) then started an argument and the collective start a crying contest and throw children on the ground. Viewer must understand that this video was made by journalists who got very good money for negative propaganda like this. They worked this show before they arrived at the Parliament. They bank on the fact that the viewers cannot understand Afrikaans and will not know what the white man said.

The warzone called Crossroads was my home in the mid 80s and no child should witness the carnage we Crossroads children witnessed and no parent should have to go cry to callous authorities and police whose sole purpose was to frustrate and kill Black people. This was hell. Crossroads continues to be hell with high unemployment and violence raging the streets still. NOT yet Uhuru.
