I love your kinda bad audio, the sillies make it relatable and it’s more casual. It gives a personal feel. Your attitude on fitness has been so incredible, and I’m so thankful for this generation of fitness and health content creators. I have been working out around my chronic illness and WHACK joints for about a month and a half, and for once I’m actually enjoying the experience of moving my body. I am noticeably stronger and my doctor is happy I lost 7 lbs

I don't work out like Patty does. It's been a year and a half of watching for me, and I have slowly been ramping up to barbell training. I may never work out like her, but hell, I've lost 80 lbs watching her, and I've regained 20lbs intentionally watching her. Such an inspirational carictor. Oh, and rat vibes! 🙂 🐀

I’ll be 58 in June and my right shoulder have bothered me off and on for over 30 years. One physical therapist thought I had a detached infraspinatus. It probably was from too many BMX bike crashes as a kid. I’ve found what works best is working the rear delts and stretching the internal rotators

BRO TIP: After your final set of lateral raises, drop the DB's & do an AMRAP set with no weight. Hold at the top, then slow eccentric, don't go all the way down, & throw your arms back up. Like you're trying to fly in slow motion. Trust me, the burn is epic 🔥🔥🔥😎

You must be so flexible that it’s hard to tense up for a deadlift. I start from the bottom up. I crouch down, brace, and tense up from the bottom. Some people do dynamic start and roll the bar towards them before pulling. For me, I’ve never liked bracing at the top, but some people, like Weakguy, do insane numbers like that. Easy to throw something out of whack with the _grip and go_ or the _dive method_ style, but some people make it work.

- That cow t-shirt is so so so adorable 🥹 - I too make weird noises when I thread the needle it's so funny.. - What grip are you using for your deadlifts? I've always used overhand and my grip gets weaker after 3 reps, but recently learned about the hook grip and tried it but it hurts my thumbs so bad, though the articles claim it can help you grip heavier? - You've gotten much more massive recently (at least on camera) and I'm very inspired!! I used to wanna get leaner (ie smaller) but now? I want to look (and feel) like I can kill a minor god - The 'bad audio' is .. not bad? My ADHD cannot be sustained by polished audio and editing (for vlogs). I'm still here weekly for the 'bad' audio, the inconsistent lighting, the meme inserts, the random editing, and anything you have to offer. It's realistic and makes your videos very comforting to watch and rewatch - My physiotherapist said my shoulder and neck pains are from tight chest muscles pulling everything forward (years of hunching infront of screens for long hours. a shrimp girlie 🦐), so she adviced me to stretch my pecs and massage ball them (the chest/armpit region where the side of your pec major is. sometimes I pinch my left pec muscle with my right hand and lift/rotate my left arm to loosen the muscle, and vice versa). Not sure if that'll help? I'm guessing there is a lot of sitting and hunching from editing all these videos - Anyway in one of your videos you were calling out people who say that some stretches (and the coochie clamper) are 'sus' and after seeing that, I've started doing these 'sus' stretches (groin stretch, frog, cat cow, etc.) at the gym, bc thanks to you I'm reminded that it's not my problem if people wanna be annoying about it. I shouldn't feel embarassed about doing these pain relieving stretches, they should feel embarassed and like you said, get their mind out of the gutter. So thank you for that!! Thankyou 🐮💕 -I use hook! Definitely can grip ALOT heavier, but hurts the thumbs very very badly first like month? Then only very badly after 2reps 🤣 (I think it gets less painful over time or you get used to it). Honestly worth the switch imo -Heck yea 💪💪😤 -Thankyou 🙏I’ve never been tested let alone diagnosed for ADD/ADHD so idk if I relate completely but I definitely need a video that’s switching it UP (or something I’m super interested in) to watch for more than five min too -not the shrimp girlie 😭😔 🦐 I’ll give it a try!
