07:58 "Rock Running" - It's just fascinating to me how many freedivers seem to have come up with this independently. As kids without even knowing that freediving was a thing, my brothers and me wanted to come up with a new extreme sport. So we called it (Extreme) Underwater Walking. We did it as a type of relay race where we would take turns carrying the rock. The finish line was the edge of the yucky sea grass. 😜 Love your video. My one bit of constructive criticism would be to keep the "and then"-count at bay next time. 😅

Used to hold my breath 3.5 minutes in stillness, after an hour swimming Butterfly. Cant say how long I hold it when I dive in some wild water, but definitely will make my record if I see 2 beautiful Mermaids swimming around. You Seagirls makes that underwater caves more beautiful than any other.

Free diving in a cave was one of the two times in my life where i was very close to dying. So, ehem, I would not recommend it ;) of course if you are around 24 which I was at the time you most likely care less about risk….

How long can you hold your breath underwater to the max in statics and when performing underwater? How deep can you free dive with and without fins?

Stupid question but do you hear much diving underwater like schools of fish swishing or the wind on a windy day?

It’s amazing to be able to do something like this that you really enjoy however, I think that you take a whole lot of stupid chances and you foolishly persuade others that they can do it too! I’m not trying to be insulting it’s just that things begin to go wrong when people become cocky and take too many chances. Steve Irwin was great but he took too many chances and unfortunately we lost him. It’s good that you include the warnings but that seems to come at the end of the videos. In your defense, social media is about showing off and why shouldn’t you be able to as well but what you’re doing is life threatening and you’re coming off as an expert so therefore, you’re held to a higher standard. Please consider this. We don’t want anything to happen to you or others trying to mimic you.

Just stop. I assure you she knows her limits and some random person should know their limitations. By the way everything in life has risks. Hell look at how many people die in car crashes. So guess we all should stop driving. Or better yet we all should know our limits.
