I’ll bet those old apartments were pretty back in the day. No traffic congestion. I live in New York in an old neighborhood where some of the fancier houses have hitching posts where they’d tie up the carriage horses. Merry Christmas Charlie🎄

I agree Patricia Anne, really solid buildings. Not that long ago 2-way streets with no speed bumps needed and people drove with courtesy. Of course people made decent wages with available jobs though. They were really nice when I went thru school in the 50's - 70's. Especially the living and dining room with butler pantry etc. Attended many Christmas/New Year formal parties with relatives in similar neighborhoods. Fond memories. Wishing the best of the new year everyone! 😊

These are the nicer "hoods" in Baltimore... Charlie should visit, re-visit the streets where most, if not all, of the houses are abandoned and should be torn down and the lots be planted with trees and grass ( "tree equity " ) The city is down to 500,000 residents and those streets won't be populated again, despite the THC "funny gummy" fueled fantasies...
