Poy Sippi, Wisconsin. 1957, or thereabouts. A woman was staying over at her mother’s house, sleeping in the spare bedroom. Around one in the orning, she was wakened by someone rudely yanking the quilt from off the top of her. As she defended the blanket she realized she was in a tug of war with an unseen force and, suddenly, heard a voice say, give me my Christmas quilt.
