Thanks! This makes the learning curve so much easier. I had no idea all those features were available. If guys like you and KZitem weren't around, a lot of us would be totally lost!

Nice video Devin. You went over the same things I tell my bike tunes, starting with making folders for every outing/event (each day if it's a 2-3 day event) and more importantly naming the Global Files AND Data Logs for each run so you know the Data is for THE Global that was in the ECU when the run(s) were made... I just had a case where the owner couldn't even send me his Global or Data so another guy did it for him, but then it didn't take long for me to figure out that the Data Log didn't match the settings that were in the Global he sent. So that tune started with me having to teach the guy how and where to find, name, save and organize his files...

Finally, a video that I could half-ass comprehend on how to tune the Holley Sniper EFI using a laptop. It seems that all the other videos I find are geared toward race car motors. I don't have all those fancy cams and boosters, nor automatic timing adjustments. I just have a plain ol' Chevy 327 with an plain ol' electronic ignition distributor.

My thing is, I don’t know what to change, when to change it, why to change it, what not to change, what the line supposed to look like or whatever so, that’s my deal.

Devin, really enjoy your videos and tuning expertise. Is there a way to engage you to support my Holley tuning needs?

So after watching this video, I only have one question. Why is my LS swap, which is completely a stock engine, going to Limp Mode when I hard press the gas pedal? I checked all the wiring about 50 times. 2003 Silverado 2500 HD with 4L80e 2WD

Hey, do you have a video that explains how to determine where timing should be on high boost using Holley? I actually have a dragbike Hayabusa, 500hp 25-30 boost. Everyone just say at least 10 degrees out, but how do I determine whats right?

@@theholleyefiguy I do and actually change the plugs every run, after checking, at events, but wanted to know if there was something else I could be doing! Thanks!

I have tuned several Holley EFI on bikes (over 30) and there's no one size fits all for fuel or timing (same as with cars)... Different Fuels, compression ratios along with other things can make a big difference with "what your motor wants" (and or what's safe) so as Devin said, it comes down to reading the plugs (especially if/when your trying to find or push limits)... With that said, it's so easy to make power with turbos on bikes that IMO you shouldn't have to push it to the point of needing to look at, let alone change your plugs every run??? Not unless your pushing the turbo to it's limit (charge temp rising too high) and in that case I'd be saying it's time for a bigger turbo...lol...
