Great info, as usual. Going to practice this today!
Neil if you look at the camera, it would have been less distracting. But good content though. Thanks.

Thank you. A negligent discharge two years from someone reholstering two lanes over put a fragment in right leg. Great advice. When holstering the treat should be over. Take your time. Pay attention.

He said he likes to break his wrist! I don't care how fast you want to be. I will never break bones just to have a faster draw!

To “break the wrist” means to alter the posture so it is not straight and aligned. Not to break bones.

Doesn't your pelvis/leg crease get flagged if you sit down?

No. Holstered guns are not pointed.

I’d be interested in your thoughts of practicing drawing from slightly different positions in appendix carry. Why? My holster is in slightly different positions based on the pants and where the belt loops are… so, my gun may be a couple inches off based on what I’m wearing. Are there things I can practice to help find the grip quickly? In practice, I find myself gripping way to high or way too low without consistency. Any advice to get a better grip quickly? Grip IS the master!

Drawing from seated and drawing squared up are VERY different for me. I definitely could use more practice from the vehicle

@@Patch075 Lol.... He means that he wears his holster in different positions depending on attire. I'm the same way. Some times I'm 1 o'clock appendix, sometimes I'm 2 o'clock...

A good reminder that gun manipulations, even some of those that you are unconsciously proficient at, need some conscious attention to stay safe.

I'm not sure I like the claw grip. In the event of somehow accidentally pulling the trigger, your thumb is gone if there is a round in the chamber.
@ASPextra

That’s not true.

@@ASPextra Thanks for responding. Would you mind doing a video detailing it and comparing to other ways of initiating the grip, with +s & -s? I love ASP videos and have learned a lot from these videos.
