Today's youth often don't grow up with a mom who teaches the basics. So glad you're sharing the knowledge, Constance. 🙏🇺🇸

I never really comment on videos but I had to say thank you. I consider myself a pretty good cook. I had no idea what the little knobs on the Dutch oven lid were for. It makes so much sense and I LOVE LEARNING something new. Thank you for this delightful series :)

I didn't know about the jelly roll sheet. I like that it can be used as a cookie sheet as well. Thank you Constance. I'm 68 yrs. old, and I learned something today :)

Hello Constance! I want to tell you that you have a wonderful voice, cadence and way of explaining the lessons. I am in my 70's and have cooked since forever :-) but I find myself looking forward to your next lessons because I have already learned several new pieces of information in your first 2 lessons ... I mean, I had no idea that the "points" inside of my Dutch oven were for dissipating steam; never too old to learn! Great to have you addressing the need for Home Ec. I did not take it in high school so it's nice to be able to go back and fill the holes. I love your KZitem videos,! Thank you so much!!

Thank you. I purchased all of the enamelware from Ashley Mercantile in Cullman, Alabama. They are now the second largest seller of the enamelware in the entire country! That little family-owned shop. They don't do e-commerce, however they do ship. kzitem.info/news/bejne/0Wub0qqOo6WpgYI

At the end of the video, you show a beautiful coffee cup on the right hand side. Do you sell those? They’re really pretty. They look like they’re handmade.

Thank you. Yes, it is handmade. I did a huge order last year and sold all the mugs. Unfortunately the artist has moved and I will not be able to have her do mugs for me in the future. I hope to find a local artist who can make more for me down the road.
