Home exercise and diet (HEAD) project - day 4
Exercise - Adhomukhoshvanasana (downward facing dog) - at different levels of practice.
Diet - Finish eating your meals just before you are full.
To do that, follow the 3 S of eating right -
-Sit down and eat,
-use all you senses and
-eat slowly.
Follow these tips in addition to day 1, 2 and 3 tips.
Last tip tomorrow at 11:30 am.
