Tony- all therapists are not amazing- YOU are amazing- My ortho was so happy with my progress he said I could quit therapy and just keep going with the "you tube therapist" LOL. Thank you so much. You are responsible for my great recovery. I'm a 70 years old granny and at 13 weeks post op I'm back to hiking , climbing hills for 2 miles and horseback riding. Every time I get a set back I just pull up your advice and do what it says.Really I cannot thank you enough.

It’s amazing how your videos seem to come exactly when I need them. 2nd tkr on 9/21. I’m so sore through the thigh(tourniquet) and my calf it’s absolutely limiting my rom and ambulation (using 2 wheeled walker) This is exactly what I needed. Wide awake at 4am. Maybe I’ll stretch. Thank you for all you do ❤

That's good. I love when you used a wedge pillow. I got one at Walmart and it really helps. For extention I just turn it. Laying on my stomach bothered me.

Tony, I am 16 months post op fromTRKR…how long do most patients do the PT exercises should be done? My leg still feels weak to me…especially trying to go up steps. Should I go back to my exercises? I’m 72…with a painful autoimmune disease.

Hey Tony, it has been recommended to me that a Jas machine may still help with flexion, even after 20 months after knee replacement . I was told it could take three months or more to see any improvement. I am currently at 90 degrees and am experiencing pain. Thanks

How early post surgery can u try these? In Ontario Canada u don't see your first govt funded PT for a week and I'm worried about not knowing which exercises to do before then? Thx Tony!

Thank you Tony, I am 9 1/2 weeks out from surgery but had some complications. I am working on trying to get my knee to bend at 120, last week my physical therapist measured it at 116. She is due here soon and I am hoping that my measurements are closer to the 120. If I were in your state I would come to you. I live in California.

Hi Tony! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your helpful advice! Question: About the prone hanging, how often should i repeat this exercise without overtrain my knee? I also hang 4 lbs on my ankle for 5 minutes 3x daily (along w other extension exercises) but seem to get stuck at -3 to -5 for over 3 wks now :-(

Hi Sir it's me again what do i do my therapist told me to exercise using the stepper. Every time I do it I am experiencing pain in the left part of my hips. I told this to my therapist and she told me just continue. Is that alright?
