PROCEDURES:
(1) Wash the cashew fruits
(2) Cut them into small pieces and extract the juice.
(3) Add yeast powder, Cinnamon and cloves allow it to ferment under an airlock plastic container.
(4) After a week fermentation, We can recover the buried container from earth.
(5) Keep it inside of refrigerator for a day will make wine more clear.
