you can oxides the wort when you siphon it by dropping it from a high height and letting it hit the bottom of the fermentation barrel. i find it dose a better job than stering. great video guys keep up the good work

Hi guys hope y'all ok and rocking it with the home brew! I loved this vid and decided to go ahead and give it a go. I have to say I think I may have found the ideal thing to use instead of pure coconut shreds, 'cuppanut coconut teabags', no poop, these things work. Myself and my twin bro are buddying home-brewers from Hartlepool in North East England and we'd like to say keep the vids and tutorials going. Great Vid, tips, info and brewing comedy all in one. Keep it going!

I am going to have to look for that ingredient! Thanks for the recommendation! I just made a hazy pale ale with thicker coconut and it came out great and no mess. Still, I’m curious to try your recommendation. It’s awesome to know that fellow homebrewers on the other side of the country are watching our little show! We have home more homebrew episodes coming up in a few weeks so stay tuned! Cheers!

@@LetsHaveSomeBeer pure fluke with the teabags. Just thought why not, worked out just fine. I'm sure you'll find a stockist stateside, but please let me know if you have any struggles. Keep brewing buddy

I plan on brewing a Bourbon County stout clone and want to add some coconut and chocolate for adjuncts. For this strong of a stout, what do you recommend for amounts? And should the flavors be added before the bourbon-soaked oak chips?

Great job. First time watching your channel. Looks delicious. Takes a ton of toasted coconut to get that flavor to carry through. Cheers.

Good job guys and thanks for the recipe! Have you ever tried to add coconut to the fermenter only, without adding it to the kettle? Does it make any difference?
