What the old woman (my old neighbour)who makes for commercial purpose do is to scoop and wrap it on fire and lightly sprinkle water and stir if it's caking. She uses the water you diacarded with fresh water to give a slight sour taste and mehn! That slight sour taste takes it up a notch. Thanks for this tutorial ma'am
