This sounds like fun and so easy! I found the New England cheese culture on Amazon as well as cultures for health. Can't wait to make this!

Wow that looks so easy. I love using chèvre in my lasagna instead of ricotta or cottage cheese as I find goat’s milk products easier on my gut. I may be chatting with my local goat farmer now

I love your cheese videos! Would it be possible to list off which cultures we will need for a few months of this so I can place just one order for cultures? Thanks!!!!

Hi Amanda! Thanks for this video. Can’t wait to try. I noticed you put a full packet of culture with half the amount of milk. I am often halving cheese recipes but it is a pain to get a half or a third of a packet. Is there any downfall to adding twice the amount of culture? TIA.

I'm in! I have been learning how most cows are fed gmo grains. So therefore the most cheeses are gmo and I am very sensitive to gmo. I have access to the good milk as well. Thank you for doing this!

Keep trying.....tell Chrissy I sent you. They may not have herd shares available, but they still sometimes have milk available for sale. It's worth it!
