Quantities for 1 person
For 4 cannelloni plates:
25 g tapioca starch.
40 g chickpea or buckwheat flour
80 g water
For the cannelloni without oven
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
100 gr. mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of cream cheese (optional)
salt and spices to taste (pepper, paprika...)
5 or 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
grated cheese
