Homemade granola is simple and delicious! This recipe can be easily customized depending on your preferences!
4 cups of old fashioned oats
1 cup of nuts or seeds
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tablespoon of spice (cinnamon, cardamom, pumpkin pie spice, clove, etc)
1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, figs, blueberries, apples, etc)
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup fat (butter, coconut oil, canola oil, etc)
1/4 cup sweet (brown sugar, maple syrup, agave, honey, etc)
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until brown stirring occasionally
