Uses a Sony Ericsson phone to automatically call the selected number when the alarm has been triggered.
Hasn't been incorporated into the alarm yet as it needs further work to ensure the circuit starts up in the correct sequence and resets properly.
I use a 555 timer which delivers timed pulses to the first 4017 decade counter, this decade counter then sends a clock pulse to the second 4017 after 10 pulses from the 555. so you end up with a potential 100 Timed outputs which operate in sequence.
By tapping off of these in the correct order, The phone first wakes up (using the back button), then the back button in pressed again incase i received any messages (which would completely ruin the sequence). number 7 is then pressed (the speed dial for my mobile) followed by the call button and then after about 15-20 seconds the back button is pressed again, ending the call and preventing it from going to answerphone and leaving a silent message until my credit runs out.
So the sequence goes something like:
1.Back
2.Back
3.No: 7
4.Enter/ Call
5.Back/ End Call
I would recommend using a Contract Phone over Pay As You Go As the phone bill can soon stack up.
This particular phone Is NOT compatible with 3G or 4G only Phones as it uses the older networking system.
Thanks For Watching!
