Ingredients:
for 21 pieces of baklava
7-8 baklava crusts
150 g raw ground nuts (I put a mix of walnuts and hazelnuts)
40 g of butter
30-40 ml of oil
About the syrup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp water
a small piece of cinnamon
1 clove
6 pcs cardamom
1/2 lemon slice
The cup has a capacity of 240 ml. The syrup is boiled for 6-7 minutes at a high temperature and allowed to cool.
The tray measures 22 by 32 cm.
The baklava is baked at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, until a nice golden crust. Hot baklava is poured with cooled syrup and left for at least 12 hours.
