In this week's episode, I made not just one hummus recipe, but three Simple Vegetarian Recipes. Three recipes for healthy food. I made plain hummus, roasted pepper hummus, and pea hummus, as well as Turkish flatbread. I want to show you how to make hummus, how to make roasted pepper hummus, and how to make pea hummus. And to complete the menu, I also made Turkish flatbread from scratch. Follow me until the end and learn how to make these wonderful recipes.

Shopping list:
Plain Hummus:
- 250g boiled chickpeas/canned chickpeas;
- 150ml olive oil;
- 150g tahini paste;
- juice of one lemon or to taste;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 4-5 cloves (medium-sized) of garlic or to taste;
Optional: pomegranate and mint
Roasted Pepper Hummus:
- 250g boiled chickpeas/canned chickpeas;
- 150ml olive oil;
- 100g tahini paste;
- juice of one lemon or to taste;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 4-5 cloves (medium-sized) of garlic or to taste;
- 2 roasted peppers, large;
Optional: radish, pickled peppers, herbs
Pea Hummus:
- 300g boiled peas;
- 10-12 mint leaves;
- 50ml olive oil;
- 100g tahini paste;
- juice of half a lemon or to taste;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 1-2 cloves (medium-sized) of garlic or to taste;
Optional: thyme, sesame seeds, tomatoes
