Recipe:
300 g almonds (peeled and roasted nuts)
390 g icing sugar (possible through a coffee grinder)
1/5 tsp salt
3 tbsp honey (can be substituted for any sweetener: Jerusalem artichoke or syrup)
80-100 ml marzipan liqueur (can be replaced with cognac or Almond flavoring 10 drops and water in the same amount as liqueur)
2-3 tbsp almond oil (can be replaced with unscented sunflower oil)
1. Pre-peel the almonds by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute, then in cold water and peel them off, dry them with a napkin, then fry them in a dry frying pan and grind them into grains.
2. Mix almonds with powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, and honey, you can mix again in a blender. If the mass is dry, then add almond or sunflower oil in this case.
3. Add liqueur and mix again thoroughly and collect into a single lump or you can mix in a blender.
4. Put the marzipan mass in the form of sausages on polyethylene film and wrap it up and put it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, I put it away overnight.
